Quality is built into every batch — not inspected in at the end. We manage it from supplier audit to container loading, so what arrives at your port is exactly what you ordered.

Quality System
Our partner factories are audited against IATF 16949 requirements. Combined with our own incoming, in-process and pre-shipment inspections, every part goes through three checkpoints.

- Our audits follow IATF 16949 requirements, covering process control, document management and corrective action. We can prepare PPAP or ISIR documentation when your customer needs it.
Inspection Equipment
Measurement is the language of quality. Our partner plants are equipped with CMM, hardness testers, coating gauges and chemical analyzers — every dimension and material claim is verified.

- Surface roughness and visual inspection equipment
- Our partner labs use CMM, spectrometers, hardness testers and coating gauges. Equipment is calibrated on schedule and measurement records are kept with every inspection report.
Inspection Flow
Five checkpoints per batch. Every shipment has a recorded inspection trail so any issue can be traced and resolved quickly.
- Incoming — Raw material and outsourced parts verified against specifications
- First-article — First piece of each batch confirmed before production continues
- In-process — Random checks during production for critical dimensions
- Pre-shipment — 100% appearance and key-dimension check before packing
- Records — Inspection reports and retained samples kept for every shipment
- Inspection records are kept for every batch and shared on request. Your port inspector, distributor or end customer can see exactly what was checked and when.
Batch Traceability
Every shipment carries a batch number, inspection record and retained sample. If anything is off, we trace it back to production date, supplier and raw material lot — and fix it.
